Mi Calma exists as a refuge from the noise of everyday life. We believe yoga isn't about achieving poses — it's about creating space to simply be.

Our practice is gentle, accessible, and designed to integrate seamlessly into your daily routine. Whether you join us at dawn or dusk, each class offers a moment to return to yourself.

Common Questions

I've never done yoga. Can I still come?

Absolutely. Every person in our studio began somewhere. Our classes are designed for all levels, and our teachers offer variations for every pose. You'll never be asked to do something your body isn't ready for.

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothes you can move and breathe in. Nothing special required — yoga pants, shorts, a t-shirt, anything that allows you to move freely.

Do I need to bring a mat?

We provide high-quality mats, blocks, straps, and blankets. Feel free to bring your own mat if you prefer, but it's not necessary.

What if I need to leave early?

Life happens. If you need to leave before class ends, simply gather your things quietly. We understand — there's no judgment here.

How early should I arrive?

For your first class, arrive 10-15 minutes early so we can show you around. After that, 5 minutes is plenty of time to settle in
